Google Enterprise employees probe.

Taken together, 50% of employees believe that a reward or a financial incentive would increase their productivity at work. And 70% of French people believe that the current systems of rewards are not fair.

Asked about the lessons that Google may draw from this study, Dave Armstrong, marketing director of Google Enterprise, Europe, Middle East & Africa, said that the interest of the investigation was mainly teaching. He also recalled that a large number of customers of Google Apps, software for businesses, were particularly interested in social networks.
