The former CEO of George V in Paris, Didier Le Calvez will become CEO of another palace in Paris, Le Bristol, on July 1 when he succeeds Pierre Ferchaud at this position since 1993, announced Monday palace .

Mr Le Calvez finally arrives in Bristol while the palace, owned by German Oetker group since 1978, has expanded and opened a brewery in most of the gourmet restaurant (three stars since March 2009), whose executive chef is Eric Frechon.
