AOL: acquisition de StudioNow.

The Internet company AOL, which has become independent after eight years of marriage with Time Warner, announced the acquisition for $ 36.5 million of StudioNow company specializing in creating and distributing videos on the internet.
"This acquisition will enable AOL to integrate a platform to create fully functional video to his new website content management Seed.com," AOL said in a statement.
"The creation of original video quality is an essential part of AOL's strategy to provide consumers with exciting content from first class," said AOL chief executive Tim Armstrong.
StudioNow, based in Nashville (Tennessee, south-east) is a company founded three years ago that partners with companies of all sizes to create, store and manage programs and make them available on its portals and online channels. It connects its customers with its team of more than 3,000 directors, editors, animators and independent voice working to produce "professional-quality videos at an affordable price.
