Marriott wants to double the number of its hotels in China .

The U.S. hotel chain has announced plans to double the number of its hotels in China, where tourism is booming.

The U.S. hotel chain Marriott strengthens its presence in China where it already has 46 hotels. The group announced in a statement the signing of management agreements for seven new hotels in different regions of the Middle Kingdom. A total of 60 Marriott hotels aim by the end of the year under six different brands and 90 hotels by 2015.
China is already the largest market after the Marriott North America. But the CEO of Marriott, JW Marriott Jr., does not stop there: 'China is undoubtedly the most fascinating tourist market today, "he says.
